Message from Jack…

We are OPENING OUR DOORS this Sunday, June 7th at 9:30am. You will notice that we will be doing many things differently than we have in the past. For one thing, the service will be shorter than usual at first. Every element has been designed to make our gathering as safe as it can be. This is an ongoing learning process for all of us. Please be patient as we figure this out together. We will be tweaking things week by week as we adjust to the reality of the pandemic all around us, so expect change. God bless you—and I hope to see you Sunday!

When you arrive, please be prepared for the following changes:

  • Please enter through the new building glass doors – north or south. Someone will be there to open the doors for you.
  • Worship will be in the Imagine Center (the gym) with worship service only, no Sunday school or junior church at this time.
  • We encourage you to wear a mask while inside.
  • Please place your offering in the wooden box on the east wall of the gym.
  • Please take a chair from the east side of the gym and place it where you like, practicing social distancing.
  • Members of the same household may sit together. Please do not sit close to unrelated friends at this time.
  • Communion will be handed to you and the procedure will be explained.
  • There will be no coffee, tea or cocoa service at this time.
  • We encourage you to socialize, but please do it outside the building.
  • Please do not leave the Imagine building area or go into other parts of the church campus.
  • If you do not feel comfortable coming, please stay home and we will see you in the future.
  • Jack’s weekly message will continue to be posted on the website so we can minister to those who are not able to be present.
